Beach City Diet Center

When it comes to diet and exercise, you are constently bombarded with conflicting messages.  Every new fad diet works for a little while, and then the pounds come back -- PLUS a few more.

Now there is a healthy weight off program than combines sensible nutrition, exercise, and supervision.  The DIET CENTER at Beach City Health & Fitness is available to members and non-members.  The DIET CENTER is the result of six months of nutrition and exercise programs with over 100 Beach City members, discovering what works, what works best, and how best to implement a program that is simple to begin, simple to maintain, and simply works.

Beach City Health & Fitness is a licensed Nutrition Center via Healthy Transformations, Inc. with a staff of certified consultants who can professionally design and implement diet and exercise programs for your specific goals.

Plans can be created for weight loss, body fat loss, weight maintenance, healthy lifestyle, increased energy, or sports performance.
The 8-Week Meal Plans Consist of:
  • Initial Measurements
  • Daily Meal Plans created using the foods you prefer
  • Nutritional balance based on your personal goals
  • Diet and Exercise Journals,
  • Grocery Lists
  • Bi-weekly Sessions for re-measurement and adjustments to your program

The meal plan program and personal journal cost $169.

For an additional $100 ($269 total) you can add two one-hour Personal Training Sessions.  The first to establish your progressive cardiovascular and strength training program to compliment your meal plan, and the second at four weeks, to adjust your program.

You can also customize your 8-week program by designing a more extensive personal training package to help assure your results.

The 8-Week Nutritional programs are supervised by Sarah Foxe and Mary Beth Milrood, both certified by Healthy Transformations of California.
