Beach City Health & Fitness has supported several local charities and will continue to do so in the future.   We take special interest in those supporting physical fitness and active lifestyles, or using a physically active agenda to help raise awareness.

In 2008 we have already committed to:

Saturday, April 5th:  At the Club -- Workout for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Saturday, April 12th:  We are the Co-Sponsor for this year's Hilton Head Island Triathlon, supporting, among others, the Island's Recreation Center.

Saturday, April 26th:  The Women's Heart Health Conference at Hilton Head High School.

Friday, May 9th:  Relay for Life - American Cancer Society

Saturday, May 10th:  At the Club -- Workout for the Lowcountry Autism Foundation and the LAF, Inc. "Spring Fling 2008" Cocktail Party and Silent Auction at Palmetto Hall Club House.

Any and all donations are welcome.  Donations and pledges allow you to sign up early for special classes:

7:30am                     SPIN - limit of 15
8:30am                     Spin for Beginners - limit of 15
9:30am - 10:00am:  Zumba Basics -- learn the moves -- limit of 30
10am - 11:30am:     ZUMBATHON -- 90-minutes with multiple instructors - limit 30
11:30am - 12:15pm:    YOGA GENERATION - Yoga for adults & kids - limit 24          

Open House from 7:00am - 2:00pm:  Come visit and use the facilities for any donation to Lowcountry Autism Foundation.  (Must be 18 or older)

Prizes from local merchants and refresments courtesy of CARRABBA'S ITALIAN GRILL.
