Because our SPINNING classes are very popular, classes do fill up.You can call THE DAY BEFORE to reserve your bike.
There is a $10 NO SHOW fee for late cancellations and no shows.

Beach City Health and Fitness is an internationally recognized SPINNING CENTER.

We have instructors who have achieved several certifcations and awards for their cycle programs.

Classes almost always fill quickly.  You can reserve a bike THE DAY BEFORE class desired.

TURBO High Intensity Interval Cycling is also availabe at BCH&F.

30-minute session: incredibly effective, and perfect for people without a lot of time to spend working out.  

Saturday mornings at 7:00am (Club opens at 6:45am for SPRINTERS.)

BCH&F was the first club to introduce ZUMBA to Hilton Head Island.  We still stay in front, with more instructors and more hot moves than anyone else.

ZUMBA uses the sounds and dance steps of Latin America and the Caribbean.  Now taught in over 35 countries, the place for ZUMBA on Hilton Head is at Beach City Health & Fitness.  It's fun, it's festive, and it's FITNESS, BABY!

STRETCH is 45-minutes of full-body stretches that you can practice on your own during the up-coming week.

SHRED is an early morning classes that emphasize total conditioning using a variety of methods.

BODY FLOW - THE MODERN TAKE ON YOGA-PILATES

Warm up with Tai Chi; develop strength, core, ednurance and flexibility with a fusion of yoga and pilates-based postures that flow to your completion -- 10 minutes of meditation to calm and center you before sending you back to the real world.

Fusion Dance Fitness is unique to BCH&F -- a combination of Zumba, Sh'Bam, Body Jam, Hip-Hop and other formats to create an hour of dance, song and fitness.

BARRE CLASSES

 

If you are new to BARRE, click and read the BARRE ESSENTIALS at the bottom.

BARRE/BODY on Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:00am - Noon mixes Barre styles and equipment for balance and freeform exercises.

BARRE in the PMs on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30pm - 6:15pm are a mix of forms and Barre-work to improve posture and stucture . . . firm the lower body.

YOGA classes are taught by fully certified and experienced yoga instructors.  Classes are held in the Group Exercise Studio, providing the only Yoga location with a panoramic view of a fresh-water lagoon, including native trees and wildlife.  If you want to experience YOGA with incredible teachers and an equally incredible back-drop, you want to take it at Beach City Health and Fitness.
