Shelby Sharp, M.S.


Shelby has her B.S. from Va. Tech and her M.Sc. in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage College.
Besides being a certified personal trainer, she is also a Licensed Practicing Occupational Therapist.
Shelby special areas of expertese include flexibility and biomechanics; functional balance and muscle re-training following injury or surgery (past injuries and/or surgeries).

Beside personal training, she also teaches several group exercise classes at BCH&F including Body Pump, Indoor Cycling, Pilates mat and special fitness classes.
She holds certificates for Yogafit and Nordic Walking.

April Pyne, B.S.
 
April received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Georgia Southern University.

April is certified as a Personal Trainer and a Group Exercise Leader. She is also a certifed nutritionist.

She instructs Pilates, Body Pump, Body Jam, Body Flow, CX-WORX, Zumba, STEP and Kick. She also holds certifications in Body Combat and Nordic Walking.
April is an active runner and triathlete, and is adept at designing fitness programs from weight loss to sports enhancement.

Phil Sandmaier, BA, CPT
Phil graduated from Villanova, and also the Antonelle School of Photography.
He knows how to help develop a picture-perfect body.
He has been a certified personal trainer since 1990 through the Northeast Association of Personal Trainers.

He is certified in Pilates and was trained by the Kane School of Core Integration, NY-NY.
Phil is an active runner and triathlete who has completed Ironman-Distances.
"Strength, flexibility, balance and endurance are key aspects to an active lifestyle."

Michele Niles, B.S.

Michele is a graduate of William & Mary's Exercise Science program and NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
She is certified and trained in heart rate zone performance programs as well as being a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Michele is a certified nutritionist using bioindividual (biochemistry) methods to match diets to individuals. Nutritional Coaching.
For golfers, Michele has her Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 certification. 

Certified in Spinning, Nordic Walking and Yoga.
Michele is a Cat 1 ex-professional cyclist and leads the BCH&F
Indoor Off-Season Cycle Training Classes.
Michele offers individuals one-on-one fitness and fitness/nutrition training
as well as specialized small group training.

Michael Miller, B.S.; CPT; LMT

Michael has his B.S. from Salisbury State University, and is an ISSA certified personal trainer since 1998.
Michael is a strength and conditioning specialist who believes clients must first master technique before moving onto intensity.
He is an NCTMB licensed Massage Therapist, whose methods include Thai yoga massage, joint therapy and deep tissue.
Michael's personal interests include beach volleyball, surfing, and mountain biking.
